We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak moving seasons. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings depending on our schedule.

Every move comes with a two-hour minimum. After the two-hour minimum, we bill per quarter hour. So, if the rate is $150 per hour, the rate is $37.50 per quarter hour after the two-hour minimum.

The time it takes to complete a move depends on the size of the move, distance, and services required. We can provide an estimated timeline during the booking process. 

Tipping is always optional, never expected. We understand moving can get expensive, so we never expect a tip. Generally, we receive between $20 to $50 per mover depending on the size and scope of the job.

Removing clothing from dressers is not always required. If the dresser cannot support the weight, if we have to carry up or down the stairs, or if we have to turn the dresser on its side to get out of the room, we will require clothing removed and sometimes even the drawers removed.

Disconnect appliances, take apart bed frames, box up lamp shades, disassemble workout equipment, clear walkways of ice or snow, remove mounted TVs, remove legs on dining table, or anything we might have to use our tools on. We do not allow customers to enter our trucks for liability reasons.
